Training and Education for Career Counselors at Fudš

On Friday 17.1., we held the first set of trainings and educations at the faculty for Strengthening the role of career centres in the holistic treatment of students as:

- The importance of compassion and active listening;

- How to ask the right questions.

The training was conducted by Danijel Bandelj, a specialist in "Reality" Therapy and a career consultant.

FUDŠ will conduct two more sets of training and with the help of which career counsellors will work more easily and efficiently in the system of support for students from special groups and contribute to the promotion of an inclusive climate at the higher education institution.
