On November 10, 2022, #FUDŠ students took part in a tour of the Muslim Cultural Centre Ljubljana (MCC). The tour enabled the students to learn about the history of Islam in the Republic of Slovenia and the construction of the centre, which represents the result of
the long-term effort of the Islamic community to build its own religious and cultural centre. They also learned about the basic pillars of Islam and the architectural dimensions of the complex, which is one of the most modern in the world and thus attracts many visitors and tourists. Thereby, students had the opportunity to further deepen their understanding of the cultural aspects of globalization. Special thanks go to the MCC for the hospitality and the perfectly conducted tour, which impressed those present.
