Apply to the EU Commissioner’s Seminar on the geography of discontent, levelling up, lagging regions

The Regional Studies Association European Foundation (RSA Europe) is pleased to announce a knowledge exchange opportunity for current PhD students and early career researchers (within 5 years after finishing a PhD): The Commissioner’s Seminar Series on Cohesion Policy.


This seminar series is an initiative by Dr Elisa Ferreira, Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms and a collaborative venture organised between Commissioner Ferreira and her Cabinet; the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) in partnership with RSA Europe.

The seminar series offer the opportunity to bring together researchers and policymakers working on Cohesion Policy to share latest research but also to refresh the expertise from which the Commission pulls in formulating and implementing policy. Finally, it offers participants the opportunity to gain high-level policy related feedback on their research.
